Lesson from Booker T Washington

Though Booker slogged as a slave, he counted his blessings. Life is not a bed of roses much as we want it to be.

1. What blessings do you want to count so far?

  1. 1. I think although my parents scold me sometimes it has made me a better person than some of my relatives and freinds that parents did not scold them when they made mistakes.

    2. Mrs Ong will make sure we do our homework by keeping reminding us and when we did not do our homework she will punish us or scold us.It made me a better person to hand up work on time.

  2. Education. Booker Washington was not given education when he was a kid. The children who goes to school to study everyday should cherish their opportunity to study. Some children in the past did not have proper education that they yearned for so students should appreciate this blessing. Persevere now because someday, all of your hard work will pay off.

  3. The first blessing is that
1)MY teachers in school give us homework and lots and lots of them.My tuition teachers too!
But all this is just for my own good as it prepares me for my PSLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    The second....
2)The P5 camp really benifited me a lot same as the MT.KINABALU expedition we had during the June
holidays last. Both of them really made me a better person as not to be selfish and to take care of myself when my parents are not there to help me.:)

1)My parents make me do work and revise for PLSE and always said WORK HARD FOR THE FIRST TEN MONTHS(PSLE MONTHS) BEFORE RESTING FOR THE OTHER TWO MONTHS.

2)To having the P5 camp is good to overcome fears and make easier for us to overcome our fears.
